The useful axis is the Cascais rail line. Indicative, not an official timetable: ~25 min by train to downtown Lisbon in ordinary conditions. The beach is wide and exposed — busy summers, surf winters. Around the station there is more density and movement; inland in the parish the pace drops and a car helps.
